Question: Is dry ice is used in the process of PDR?

Answer: No, dry ice is not used in the process of PDR.

Question: If the dents have been in my car for a long time will this be a problem to repair?

Answer: The age of your cars dents have no bearing on the repair.

Questions: Will my factory paint finish ever flake off at a later date?

Answer: No, properly performed PDR doesn’t affect you factory paint finish.

Myth: I parked my car outside and it seems like the Sun has removed some of the hail damage. 

Fact: The sun will expand your vehicle panels giving the appearance of dents disappearing only to reappear after cooling.

Question: Will the dents you fixed on my vehicle come back?

Answer: No, the dents removed will never come back.

Question: Is PDR widely accepted as the kind of repair method that is preferred versus conventional auto body repair?

Answer: Yes, PDR is the preferred repair by: insurance companies, auto manufacturers, auto dealers and leasing companies.

Question: Does depositing my insurance check before I choose a repair shop constitute a finalized or closed claim?

Answer: Only if you don’t have the repair work completed before either selling your vehicle or making a completely separate claim.

Question: Will making a hail damage claim cause my rates to go higher?

Answer: No, hail damage is considered under comprehensive coverage. “Not Collision

Question: Do I need to get three separate shop estimates on my vehicle for my insurance company to validate the damage?

Answer: No, your insurance company inspects every hail claim. The repair shop you choose will work off the insurance estimate.

Question: Do I have to use the auto body repair facility that my insurance company recommended?

Answer: No, you have the right to choose any repair shop you trust! “It’s your legal right to choose the repair facility you believe in”

Question: What if I don’t want to get my car repaired, but I would like to be sure that I’m receiving a fair remuneration for the hail damage on my vehicle?

Question: Will my insurance company require that I get a body shop estimate before they pay my claim?

Answer: No, “it’s mandatory that all hail insurance claims will not be processed and paid until your insurance adjuster estimates your vehicle in person. This holds true for all hail insurance claims, we have been repairing hail since 1994 and have not been given approval on any vehicle without first having an insurance adjuster review the vehicle in person. We can arrange to have your adjuster perform an estimate at our facility or if you already have one bring it by and we will assist you.

Question: Do you give FREE Estimates?

Answer: Yes, we give FREE Quick Estimates! However, Quick Estimates are general in scope and are not to be used as final consideration towards any repair. We do this type of claim to help determine if making a claim is prudent for you.

Question: What if I want a more comprehensive estimate?

Answer: We can assist. Because of the great demand for estimating and repairs during hail catastrophes, we provide comprehensive claims for a fee of $99. The fee is 100% refundable should you decide to have our company perform the repair. This kind of estimate will require about 30 to 45 minutes to perform because of the detail and will include the following:

  • Complete hail dent count per panel (including size overages, glue pull charges, aluminum panel charges, double panel overages)
  • Complete breakdown of removal & installation of all (interior panels, exterior panels, lights, grills, luggage racks, window trim, sunroofs, satellite antennas, trunk spoilers, clear shields, bumpers, fender liners, etc.
  • Complete review and listing of all damaged (exterior aluminum trim, exterior plastic trim, glass, plastic headlamp lenses, plastic tail lamp lenses, plastic side and third light covers, plastic grills, aluminum wheel center caps, plastic and aluminum badges, etc.

We can easily save you $300 to $500 with this type of appraisal. Accidental omission, oversight or data entry errors of any one of the afore mentioned items can be very costly, so rushing this process is not recommended.
